WHAT IS POVERTY OF THE MIND
Poverty of the mind is a state of mind in which some body finds himself in an uncomfortable or unfavourable situation but lacks the ability to think or plan a way to get out of such situation.
Think about a person that has been taking very dangerous and
unfruitful paths in order to satisfy his needs and those of others. But unknown
to him, there are other simple and easy ways to do this. As he continues in
this very difficult pedestal, which has been dangerous and unfruitful, there is
every tendency that such a person may condemn himself to a psychological trauma.
Hence, his ability to think straight is affected. This in turn, will definitely
affect him physically and will bring about a very low standard of life and mentality'
We must as a matter of reference, draw a powerful distinguishing line between physical poverty, as we elucidated in part 1 of this blog and poverty of the mind. Despite the fact that people who are deeply-rooted in crime are surrounded by wealth and affluence, they always suffer from both types of poverty. Do you know how? Yes, as they go deeply into crime, there will be a time in their lives, when what is known in psychology, as MENTAL DEPRIVATION steps in.. That is when they start running out of ideas and automatically, their options begin to be narrowed and eventually dwindle to 0% level. Hence they automatically run out of ideas, no matter how they try to be focused. The resent case of the billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudubem Onwuamadike, a.k.a. Evans, is s case sturdy.
The one time very notorious billionaire kidnapper, Evans whose worth was estimated to be more than N5BNaira
Poverty generally, is in the land and it seems to have become a culture which is pervading the nooks and crannies of the land. This is also leading to more than a corresponding increase in the number of criminals, street beggars, dependents and mad people.

WHY IS POVERTY SO MUCH IN THUS LAND INSPITE OF ALL THE HUMAN AND MATERIAL RESOURCES IN THE SAME LAND
Yes, for the rest of their lives simply because many of them
that live school in their early mid and late twenties are forced into a ficticious labour market at that age. They keep going round and round for non existent job until they get to their early 40s. And by this time, they are told that the age limit for employment is 35.
This cycle of
deprivation continues unabated and the authorities concerned are looking the
other way.
It is therefore necessary that all hands should be on deck,
to save the masses of this great nation in any way possible towards the
actualization of their individual dreams. This will surely lead to the realization of the country's dream
This will in turn, lead to the
manifestation of the dreams and desires of some of the founding fathers of the
nation.
IF YOU DON’T SAY I AM HERE, NOBODY WILL NOTICE YOU
Let me remind you that the history of this nation has shown that if you do not say that I am here, nobody will notice your presence. People, especially those in the corridors of power, are so selfish and self-centered that they do not know anyone else but themselves and their cronies. Have you for once, looked at the way employment for the youths and people of the country is handled on a daily bases?
They hardly declare available vacancies and when such is declared;
they have already gone behind the scene to shortlist and employ their own
persons. You must therefore not fold
your arms and watch them ruin your life while in search of nonexistent white
collar job.
You must as a matter of necessity, read through what I’m about
to introduce to you now, which has set my life and those of others to financial and material rectitudness. It will go a very long way to changing your
life and those of everybody around you.
Is it not true that it is said that experience is the best teacher/ That is why if you don't have much experience in any area of life, you must as a matter of urgency, look for the experiences of others in that particular area of life. Compare them critically and choose the one that will affect your life positively. Sturdy it carefully and work on it and weigh the options open to you. Finally, apply the tenets there-in and you will see it change and affect your own life, positively.
In this era of Social media, we have integrated into
ourselves, the method of abbreviating virtually whatever we write and using emoticons
and emoji, popularly called symbols to send out messages. Reading now is like a
waste of time, because patience is no more a virtue in life. Try and throw away
your sense of Social media abbreviation style and read through this write up. This is
very important because if you don’t know the beginning of something, you may as
well not know the ending.
Please watch out for the part 3 which will let the Cat out of the bag.
